A Week in the Woods

After having spent a week at home we packed up some stuff and went for our annual free week stay in the cabin up at our camping resort. It was very nice! It wasn't so much like camping as much as it was staying in a hotel since this place had running water, electricity, heating, a gas stove, satellite TV, etc... but it was great, a free 1-week vacation but instead of in the thick of the city it was out in the middle of the woods... it was really nice and relaxing! Most days started out with a 20-minute jog around the property, and the rest of the day was usually spent lounging around playing Monopoly, Scrabble, watching DVD's we had rented before-hand, napping, reading books, and playing Heather's Nintendo... it was a great time!
