Heather's an ISSA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer!
Everyone send an email to Heather and congratulate her... she just completed her Personal Fitness Trainer certification with ISSA! It's been a tough, nearly two year, process of study for her but she's finally done it!!! It was really awesome to see her finish it... I think she almost cried! :)
Anyways, here is the photo of her "clicking" on the 'submit' button to submit her exam (which took her I think about 2-3 weeks to finish!) -- about 4 days later she got the results that she had passed. About a week after that we received her Certificate and certification package in the mail... I took her to dinner at Rodizio's Grill and presented her her Certificate in a nice frame she can display it in.
It was a great experience for her! So, if you need some training or eating information... she's your woman! :)

And are we EVER PLEASED with a "job well done" ---Heather, we know how hard you've worked for this and we're SO happy for you to have it completed --knowing you DID IT!! Nice looking Certificate and we're very, very happy and proud of you! We love you ~ mom/dad
